Our initial goal is: If all SF Bay billionaires donate their money over $1 billion to the public, everyone in the SF Bay will have FREE medical care for 5 years, FREE college education for 5 years, FREE public transit for 5 years, the homeless will be housed and every resident will get a $1,264/month Universal Basic Income (UBI) for three years.
